Account & Registration

Go to winpkr.click/register and fill in the three-step form. Step one asks for your full name (as on your CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and email address. Step two is where you choose your username and set a strong password. Step three is a review screen where you confirm your details and tick the age and terms checkboxes. The whole thing takes under 2 minutes. Once you submit, WinPKR sends a verification OTP to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and your account is live.

Yes, completely free. Creating a WinPKR account costs nothing. You only need money in your account balance when you actually want to place a bet. Registration requires only your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and a few personal details. There is no registration fee and no minimum balance requirement just to hold an account.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use WinPKR. You confirm this during registration by ticking the age declaration checkbox. WinPKR performs age verification checks and may request a copy of your CNIC to confirm your date of birth. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 is closed immediately and any balance is returned. This is non-negotiable.

No. WinPKR allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — or using another person's account — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited. If you already have an account and cannot access it, use the Forgot Password option on the login page or contact support — do not create a new one.

Basic mobile verification happens during registration via OTP. For full account verification — required before withdrawals above a certain threshold — WinPKR asks you to upload a copy of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie. The verification process typically completes within 24 hours. Verified accounts have no withdrawal restrictions and benefit from faster processing times.

Go to the WinPKR login page and enter your registered mobile number or username along with your password. Alternatively, use the OTP login tab — enter your mobile number and WinPKR will send a one-time PIN via SMS. No password required for OTP login. If you have forgotten your password, the Forgot Password tab on the login page lets you reset it immediately.
Deposits & Payments

WinPKR accepts all major local Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion at any stage. WinPKR does not accept cryptocurrency or any foreign payment methods.

The minimum deposit on WinPKR is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and cards. Rs 200 is enough to place several small bets on cricket or PSL markets. There is no maximum deposit limit beyond the limits set by your chosen payment method provider.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited to your WinPKR balance within 1–3 minutes of confirming the payment in your mobile wallet app. Card deposits usually clear within 5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact WinPKR support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

No. WinPKR requires that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else's wallet or card is used to fund your WinPKR account — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as third-party will be returned to the source account. This is a security and anti-fraud measure, not an inconvenience.

WinPKR does not charge fees on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your WinPKR balance in PKR. Your payment provider (e.g. Easypaisa or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges in some cases — this is outside WinPKR's control. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure about their individual fee structures.
Withdrawals

Log in to your WinPKR account and go to the Cashier or Wallet section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT or card), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. If your account is not yet fully verified, you may be asked to complete the CNIC verification step before the withdrawal is processed.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes once WinPKR has approved them. IBFT bank transfers usually arrive the same business day. Card withdrawals can take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. Larger withdrawal amounts may require an additional manual review step for security purposes, which can add up to a few hours.

Common reasons for a pending withdrawal include: your account not yet being fully verified (CNIC check required), an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements on the funds being withdrawn, or a temporary security hold on larger amounts. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours without an update, contact WinPKR support via live chat with your withdrawal reference number — the team will give you a clear status update.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal on WinPKR is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, although very large withdrawals may be processed in batches and may take longer due to standard financial processing requirements.
Betting Markets

WinPKR covers cricket (Pakistan internationals, Test matches, ODIs and T20Is), PSL (every match from group stage to final), football (Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, Champions League and more), esports (CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant), virtual sports (24/7 virtual cricket, football and horse racing) and live casino including baccarat. Yes. WinPKR offers full live in-play betting on cricket including Pakistan international matches and PSL fixtures. You can bet on match winner, next over runs, wicket in the over, total match sixes, top batsman and many more markets — all with odds updating in real time ball by ball. The live cricket score page shows real-time scorecards alongside open betting markets so you can track both on the same screen.

Winning bets are settled automatically once the relevant event has concluded and the official result is confirmed. Settlement typically happens within minutes of the final result for most markets. Winnings are credited to your WinPKR balance in PKR immediately upon settlement. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact WinPKR support within 48 hours of settlement with your bet reference number.

If a PSL or cricket match is abandoned before a result is determined (for example due to rain before the D/L method can produce a result), bets are voided and stakes are returned to your WinPKR balance in PKR. If the match is abandoned mid-game but a result is possible via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern, the official DLS result is used for settlement. WinPKR offers a Cash Out feature on selected markets, including live cricket and football. When available, a Cash Out button appears next to your open bet in your bet slip or bet history. The offered cash-out value reflects current market odds and may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on how the match is progressing. Not all markets support Cash Out — availability is shown in real time next to each eligible bet.
Bonuses & Promotions

Yes. New WinPKR members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The specific terms — including the bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit and wagering requirements — are shown on the registration and deposit pages and updated regularly. Always read the current bonus terms before depositing to ensure you understand the wagering requirements. If you have a promo code, enter it during registration in step two of the signup form.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 5,000 in total bets on eligible markets before the bonus converts to cash. Wagering requirements and eligible markets vary by promotion — always check the specific terms for each bonus on WinPKR.

Yes. All WinPKR bonuses have an expiry period during which you must meet the wagering requirements. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited. The expiry date for each active bonus is shown in your account under Bonuses. Bonus expiry periods are typically 7–30 days depending on the promotion — check the specific terms when you claim.
Account Security

Use a strong, unique password for your WinPKR account — one you do not use on any other website or app. Enable SMS two-factor authentication in your account security settings. Never share your WinPKR password, username or OTP codes with anyone — including anyone claiming to be WinPKR support. WinPKR staff will never ask for your password. Log out of your account if you are using a shared or public device. Review your login history regularly from your account security settings.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your WinPKR account, act immediately: change your password using the Forgot Password option on the login page, then contact WinPKR live chat support. The team will place a temporary hold on your account while the investigation is ongoing, review recent login activity and, if necessary, revert any unauthorised transactions. The faster you report it, the better the outcome.

Yes. WinPKR uses 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption across the entire platform — login, registration, deposits, withdrawals and all account management pages. This means all data transmitted between your device and WinPKR's servers is encrypted and cannot be intercepted. Self-exclusion is a permanent closure of your WinPKR account for players who feel that betting is causing serious harm. Once self-excluded, your account cannot be reopened under any circumstances — not even at your own later request. Your remaining balance is withdrawn to your verified payment method. Check your PKR balance — if it was reduced by the stake amount, the bet was placed. If neither the bet nor a balance deduction is visible after 5 minutes, contact WinPKR support with a description of the bet and the time you placed it.
