Type your registered Pakistani mobile number (e.g. 0312-XXXXXXX) or your WinPKR username in the first field. Enter your password in the second field. If you prefer, switch to the OTP Login tab and log in with a one-time PIN sent by SMS instead — no password required.

Tick "Keep Me Logged In" (Optional)

If you are on your personal device and want to skip entering credentials next time, tick the "Keep me logged in" checkbox. Do not use this option on shared or public devices — always log out manually on those.

"Incorrect password" error

WinPKR passwords are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock is off and that you are entering the exact password you set during registration. If you have forgotten it, use the Forgot Password tab above to reset it immediately.

"Account not found" error

Check that you are entering the exact mobile number you used during registration. If you changed your number after registering, contact WinPKR support — only the support team can update a registered number after identity verification.

OTP not arriving

Wait up to 60 seconds — some mobile networks in Pakistan deliver SMS OTPs slightly later than others. If the OTP still has not arrived, tap "Resend OTP". Make sure your phone has signal and is not in do-not-disturb mode. The OTP comes from a shortcode number — ensure it is not blocked in your spam filter.

Account suspended or locked

If you see a "suspended" message, this is usually triggered by a failed verification check or a security hold on the account. Contact WinPKR support via live chat immediately with your registered mobile number. The support team will explain the reason and the steps to resolve it.
