Terms and Conditions – WinPKR Online Betting Platform Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and WinPKR ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing WinPKR at winpkr.click — whether to browse, register, deposit, place bets or use any other service — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use WinPKR. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. WinPKR recommends that all users revisit this page periodically, particularly at the start of each new cricket or PSL season when promotional Terms may be updated.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use WinPKR you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinPKR is strictly an 18+ platform and does not permit minors to register, deposit or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts or accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another person are not permitted on WinPKR.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any additional details required during account verification.
• You must not already hold another active WinPKR account. Each user is entitled to a single account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances reviewed in line with WinPKR's fraud policy.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or account closure that has been applied to a previous WinPKR account.

WinPKR reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement and not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the user. Common verification documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), mobile number confirmation and bank account details matching your registered payment method.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your WinPKR account is active, you are solely responsible for its security and all activity conducted through it. This responsibility includes but is not limited to the following:

• Keep your WinPKR password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, including family members. WinPKR support staff will never ask for your password in any communication.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available. This adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Notify WinPKR immediately via support if you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission. Use the contact details in Section 14 of these Terms.
• Do not allow any other person to use your WinPKR account to place bets, even with your permission. Accounts are strictly personal.
• Ensure that all payment methods linked to your WinPKR account — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank accounts (IBFT) or Visa/Mastercard — are registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

WinPKR will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the user failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials. If you choose to share your device with others, it is your responsibility to log out of WinPKR after each session.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on WinPKR — deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). WinPKR does not apply currency conversion at any stage and there are no exchange rate adjustments made to your account balance.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit; limits on higher amounts may apply based on account verification status.
• Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.
• WinPKR does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which WinPKR accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your WinPKR balance promptly upon receipt. In the event of a delay, please contact WinPKR support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed by WinPKR in the order they are received. Processing typically begins within two hours of a request being submitted.
• Funds withdrawn to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets typically arrive within five to ten minutes of WinPKR processing the request. IBFT bank transfers clear within the same business day in most cases.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your WinPKR account and that is registered in your own name. New withdrawal methods may require additional verification.
• WinPKR does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• WinPKR reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on WinPKR across all sports and betting markets, including cricket, PSL, football, esports and virtual sports. Additional sport-specific rules are published on each sport's market page and form part of these Terms.

• Minimum stake: Rs 50 per bet for singles and accumulator bets.
• Maximum stake: Market-specific. Maximum stake limits are displayed on each market before you confirm a bet. WinPKR reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits without prior notice.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only accepted once WinPKR has confirmed it and issued a unique bet reference number. Until confirmation is received, the bet is not valid.
• Odds: All odds on WinPKR are displayed in decimal format. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds changes do not affect already-confirmed bets.
• In-play bets: WinPKR accepts in-play bets on selected live markets. In-play odds update frequently and WinPKR reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets at any time without notice.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, the match is abandoned before a result can be determined, or if there is a clear and demonstrable error in the odds at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are settled at the odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• Rain-affected matches: For cricket and PSL matches affected by rain, WinPKR follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) official result for match-winner markets. Over/under markets may be voided if the match is significantly reduced. The specific treatment of each market is stated on the market page before the event starts.
• Incorrect settlement: If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a system error or incorrect data feed, WinPKR will resettled the bet based on the official result once identified. Users who have withdrawn funds based on a known incorrect settlement are required to notify WinPKR.

WinPKR monitors all betting activity for unusual patterns. Accounts suspected of arbitrage betting, syndicate betting, or exploitation of pricing errors may have bets voided and accounts suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

WinPKR offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered users throughout the year, including seasonal offers tied to PSL and major cricket events. The following general terms apply to all WinPKR bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's page states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified WinPKR accounts in good standing. WinPKR reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from promotional eligibility at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible markets for each promotion are stated on the promotion's individual page. Typically, wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time window (e.g., 7 or 14 days from bonus credit).
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible user. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds.
• WinPKR reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a user has already met the entry criteria, any bonus already credited will be honoured under the original terms.
• PSL-season accumulator boosts apply only to PSL match-winner markets as specified in the promotion details. Boosted returns are credited as bonus funds subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

7. Live Casino Rules

WinPKR's live casino section — including live baccarat tables (Punto Banco, Speed Baccarat, Mini Baccarat, Squeeze and VIP Baccarat) and other live dealer games — operates under the following additional rules:

• All live casino games on WinPKR are operated by certified studio providers. Game outcomes are determined by the live dealer's actions and the physical cards or equipment used in the studio — not by software RNG.
• A bet placed in a live casino round is confirmed only once the betting timer has closed. Bets placed after the timer closes are not accepted regardless of any display lag between the user's device and the live stream.
• If a live casino round is interrupted by a technical issue (stream loss, dealer error, equipment malfunction) before a result is determined, WinPKR will void all bets on that round and return stakes. If the issue occurs after a result has been clearly determined, the result stands.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each live table are displayed on the table's betting interface before the round begins. These limits apply per hand and per side bet independently.
• WinPKR's baccarat Banker bet is subject to a 5% commission on winning bets, in line with the standard global baccarat rule. This commission is applied automatically and reflected in the payout displayed on the betting interface.
• Using automated software, bots or any other non-human means to interact with live casino tables is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

WinPKR maintains a fair and secure betting environment for all users. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on WinPKR, whether under your own name, a pseudonym or through a third party.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials or personal information to register or operate a WinPKR account.
• Placing bets as part of a coordinated syndicate, arbitrage arrangement or any scheme designed to exploit pricing errors on WinPKR.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers or other technical means to mask your location or disguise automated activity on the platform.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting software bugs, unintended platform functionality or clear odds errors.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unlawful means into your WinPKR account.
• Using WinPKR to launder money or in connection with any other financial crime.
• Making abusive, threatening or offensive communications to WinPKR staff or other users through any WinPKR support channel.
• Sharing bet tips or account access in exchange for commercial compensation in a manner that violates WinPKR's affiliate policies.

WinPKR employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for review may have betting activity restricted while an investigation is ongoing. WinPKR will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected user within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Responsible Gaming

WinPKR is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all its users. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should always remain that. WinPKR's responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users and are accessible directly from the account settings panel at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much can be deposited into your WinPKR account. Once reduced, a lower limit takes effect immediately. Increases take 24 hours to activate, providing a genuine cooling-off window.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration with optional alerts when you approach your limit.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your WinPKR betting account for a chosen period (1 day to 30 days). During this period, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your WinPKR account. WinPKR will not reopen a self-excluded account and will remove any active marketing communications immediately upon receiving a self-exclusion request.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on WinPKR — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, software, text, graphics, images, bet market data, odds data and any other material published on winpkr.click — is the exclusive intellectual property of WinPKR or its licensed content providers.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any WinPKR content without prior written authorisation. This restriction applies to all content regardless of whether it is marked with a copyright notice.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use WinPKR solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence is revoked immediately upon account closure for any reason.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinPKR's liability to any user is limited as follows:

• WinPKR is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own gambling decisions, including but not limited to bet selections, stake sizes, timing of bets or in-play betting choices.
• WinPKR is not liable for service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's side, third-party payment provider delays or outages, or events beyond WinPKR's reasonable control (force majeure).
• WinPKR is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages arising from use of the platform, even if WinPKR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• In the event of a demonstrable platform error that results in incorrect settlement, WinPKR's liability is limited to restoring the affected account to the position it would have been in had the error not occurred. WinPKR does not pay additional compensation for platform errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits WinPKR's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Account Closure

Either party may close a WinPKR account at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting WinPKR support. Before closing your account, any outstanding balance (less any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance processed accordingly.

Closure by WinPKR

WinPKR reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity, WinPKR may withhold the balance pending investigation and, if appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities. Where WinPKR closes an account without a breach having been established, any outstanding balance will be returned in full.

13. Amendments to These Terms

WinPKR may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, WinPKR will notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of WinPKR after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the updated Terms take effect and request withdrawal of any outstanding balance.

WinPKR may also publish addenda to these Terms for specific products (for example, PSL-season promotions or esports-specific betting rules). Those addenda are incorporated into these Terms by reference and carry the same binding force.
